Has anyone experienced this and found a fix. The customer had already tried all the suggested fixes about add-ins, registry, updates, etc. Placed a test user in an OU with no GPO inheritance and still doesn't work, so I have reviewed from the client side, SFB server side, Exchange server side and user side. We tried having non-working users log onto the PC of a working user and it fails. They can log onto another workstation and it works. The users who it works for, it works anywhere. Is running and signed-in and try again." The client is signed-in, presence can be seen with Outlook. When they click the icon to create a meeting they get the circling of the cursor and then eventually the message "Create Skype Meeting failed.
Most users are unable to create a SFB meeting from Outlook.
